There were 111 households, comprising 147 males and 144 females, giving a sex ratio of 1.02 males per female, with 27 people (9.3%) aged under 15 years, 54 (18.6%) aged 15 to 29, 147 (50.5%) aged 30 to 64, and 66 (22.7%) aged 65 or older. Ethnicities were 78.4% European/[[Pākehā]], 4.1% [[Māori people|Māori]], 14.4% [[Asian New Zealanders|Asian]], and 4.1% other ethnicities. People may identify with more than one ethnicity.
