==Geography==
Morley is in southwestern Mecosta County on the border between [[Aetna Township, Mecosta County, Michigan|Aetna Township]] to the west and [[Deerfield Township, Mecosta County, Michigan|Deerfield Township]] to the east. It is {{convert|18|mi}} south of [[Big Rapids, Michigan|Big Rapids]], the [[county seat]], and {{convert|7|mi|0}} north of [[Howard City, Michigan|Howard City]].

According to the [[United States Census Bureau]], Morley village has a total area of {{convert|0.99|sqmi|sqkm|2}}, of which {{convert|0.90|sqmi|sqkm|2}} are land and {{convert|0.10|sqmi|sqkm|2}}, or 9.60%, are water.<ref name="CenPopGazetteer2022"/> The [[Little Muskegon River]] flows southwesterly through the southeast part of the village, where it is impounded to form Morley Pond.
