==Early life== Chao's mother, Felisa Ortega, is from [[Bilbao]], [[Basque Country (autonomous community)|Basque Country]], and his father, writer and journalist [[Ramón Chao]], is from [[Vilalba]], [[Galicia (Spain)|Galicia]].
