==Geography==

It is {{convert|22|mi}} north of [[Edinburg, Texas|Edinburg]], the [[county seat]], {{convert|29|mi}} north of [[Pharr, Texas|Pharr]], and {{convert|45|mi}} south of [[Falfurrias, Texas|Falfurrias]], as well as {{convert|208|mi}} south of [[San Antonio, Texas|San Antonio]], all via US 281. It is also {{convert|26|mi}} west of [[Raymondville, Texas|Raymondville]] via TX 186, and {{convert|28|mi}} southeast of [[San Isidro, Texas|San Isidro]], and {{convert|81|mi}} southeast of [[Hebbronville, Texas|Hebbronville]] via FM 1017.
