==Early life and education== Jessica Phyllis Lange was born on April 20, 1949, in [[Cloquet, Minnesota]]. Her father, Albert John Lange, was a teacher and traveling salesman, and her mother, Dorothy Florence (née Sahlman), was a housewife.
