==Early life==
Born in [[Anaheim, California]],{{sfn|Browne|2001|page=58}} Buckley was the only son of Mary ({{nee}} Guibert) and the singer-songwriter [[Tim Buckley]]. Buckley's biological father, Tim Buckley, released a series of folk and jazz albums in the late 1960s and early 1970s.
