==Geography==
Holiday Valley is located in southwestern Clark County in the southwest part of [[Mad River Township, Clark County, Ohio|Mad River Township]]. It is bordered on the northeast by unincorporated [[Green Meadows, Ohio|Green Meadows]] and a small portion of the village of [[Enon, Ohio|Enon]], and on the south by [[Bath Township, Greene County, Ohio|Bath Township]] in [[Greene County, Ohio|Greene County]]. Dayton Springfield Road forms the northwestern edge of the CDP, leading southwest {{convert|15|mi}} to downtown [[Dayton, Ohio|Dayton]] and northeast {{convert|10|mi}} to the center of [[Springfield, Ohio|Springfield]].
