==Adaptations== The novella was the basis for [[Gigi (1949 film)|a 1949 French film]] starring [[Danièle Delorme]] and [[Gaby Morlay]]. In 1951, it was [[Gigi (play)|adapted for the stage]] by [[Anita Loos]].
