== Geography ==
According to the [[United States Census Bureau]], the township had a total area of 3.08 square miles (7.97&nbsp;km<sup>2</sup>), including 2.92 square miles (7.56&nbsp;km<sup>2</sup>) of land and 0.16 square miles (0.41&nbsp;km<sup>2</sup>) of water (5.06%).<ref name=CensusArea/><ref name=GR1 />
