==Geography==
Eaton Estates is located in eastern Lorain County in central Eaton Township. It is bordered to the south by the village of [[Grafton, Ohio|Grafton]], to the east by unincorporated [[North Eaton, Ohio|North Eaton]], and to the northwest by the unincorporated hamlet of Eaton.

[[Ohio State Route 82]] forms part of the northern boundary of the CDP, and [[Ohio State Route 83|State Route 83]] forms the western boundary. SR 82 leads east {{convert|9|mi|0}} to [[Strongsville, Ohio|Strongsville]] and west {{convert|3.5|mi}} to [[Brentwood Lake, Ohio|Brentwood Lake]], while SR 83 leads north {{convert|5|mi|0}} to [[North Ridgeville, Ohio|North Ridgeville]] and south {{convert|11|mi|0}} to [[Litchfield, Ohio|Litchfield]]. [[Elyria, Ohio|Elyria]], the Lorain [[county seat]], is {{convert|7|mi|0}} to the northwest, and downtown [[Cleveland]] is {{convert|26|mi}} to the northeast.
