==History== Around 11,000 BC, [[Paleo-Indians]] were the first inhabitants. Archeological artifacts indicate [[hunter-gatherers]] hunted the [[mammoth]], [[mastodon]], [[Smilodon|saber-toothed cat]], and [[Megatherium|giant ground sloth]].
