==Geography== Cramerton is located at an elevation of {{convert|620|ft|m|0}}. Two topographic high points, Berry Mountain, elevation {{convert|922|ft|m|0}}, and Cramer Mountain, approximate elevation {{convert|850|ft|m|0}}, are located in the southwestern part of town. According to the [[United States Census Bureau]], the town has a total area of {{convert|10.3|km2|disp=flip}}, of which {{convert|9.5|km2|disp=flip}} is land and {{convert|0.8|km2|disp=flip}}, or 7.51%, is water.<ref name="Census 2010"/> Cramerton is bisected by the [[South Fork Catawba River]], which makes a sharp S-curve around the center of town. Just southwest of downtown, Duharts Creek flows into the South Fork Catawba.
