[[U.S. Route 322]] (28th Division Highway) passes through the center of town, leading west-northwest {{convert|35|mi}} to [[Harrisburg, Pennsylvania|Harrisburg]], the state capital, and southeast {{convert|7|mi|0}} to [[Ephrata, Pennsylvania|Ephrata]]. [[Pennsylvania Route 501]] (Furnace Hills Pike) crosses US 322 in Brickerville, leading north {{convert|6|mi|0}} to [[Schaefferstown, Pennsylvania|Schaefferstown]] and south {{convert|5|mi|0}} to [[Lititz, Pennsylvania|Lititz]]. [[Lancaster, Pennsylvania|Lancaster]], the [[county seat]], is {{convert|13|mi}} south of Brickerville via PA 501.
