The board of trustees is chaired by [[Kathleen Kennedy (producer)|Kathleen Kennedy]] and the board of directors chaired by [[Robert A. Daly]] guide the organization, which is led by [[President (corporate title)|President]] and [[CEO]], [[film historian]] [[Bob Gazzale]].
